Janet started working in her father’s business when she was 14. Her background in the insurance industry began in 1979 as a typist and eventually turned into a Senior Claims Examiner.
She worked in billing and data entry before becoming a Claims Examiner, Supervisor, Manager and finally Director of Claims for H.E.P Administrators, which was located in the Snyder building. Her background in insurance, claims management and customer service, brings her back to the Snyder building again. When asked about her customer service philosophy, Janet says she sums it up as “Listen first, promise good and deliver better.”
